Client records & PDFs

Export records for an inspection or audit

Download your waivers and ink passports in bulk when a health inspector, insurer or auditor asks for them.

When someone official asks to see your consent records, you do not want to be downloading PDFs one at a time. Wavrr exports them in bulk.

Run an export

  1. Open Waivers in the sidebar.
  2. Tap Export All.
  3. Choose Export Waivers or Export Ink Passports.
  4. Wait for the download — it packages everything into a single file.

Large exports take a moment to build. Leave the tab open while it runs.

The two exports

Export Waivers gives you the signed consent forms — the client details, health answers, both signatures and the consent text as signed.

Export Ink Passports gives you the ink and pigment records: brand, colours, supplier and batch numbers per session. This is the one a doctor or a product-safety authority asks for after a reaction, because it identifies the actual product used.

Export both if you are not sure which one has been asked for.

Preparing for an inspection

  1. Clear your Pending Signature queue first. A waiver missing your signature has no PDF, so it will not be usefully represented in an export.
  2. Run both exports.
  3. Open the file and spot-check two or three records against what you remember of those sessions.
  4. Keep the export on a device you control, not in an email thread.

If you only need one record

For a single session, open the waiver and download its PDF directly instead — see Download or re-send a signed PDF. Do not export everything to answer a question about one client.

Getting your own data out

If what you actually want is a complete copy of your account for your own records or because you are leaving, see Request an export of your data.
