Find a client's consent history

Look up every waiver a client has signed, along with their details and health answers.

Every waiver is filed against a customer, so a returning client builds a history rather than a pile of unconnected forms.

Search by client

  1. Open Customers in the sidebar.
  2. Type into the search box — it matches name, email and phone number.
  3. Tap the customer to open their record.

Their record shows their details and every waiver they have signed with you, newest first.

Search by waiver

If you remember the session but not the client, go to Waivers instead. You can search by customer name and filter by status — Draft, Sent to Customer, Pending Signature or Completed. Filtering to Pending Signature is the fastest way to find the waivers waiting on your signature.

How customers get created

You never add a customer by hand. A customer record appears the first time a waiver is created for them, whether you entered their details or they typed them into a share link.

What is on the record

For each waiver you get the date, its status, the artist attributed to it, the client's answers to your health questions, both signatures, the ID photo if you collected one, and the generated PDF. Studio fields you filled in are there too.

If the session had an ink passport, it is linked from the same place — see What an ink passport is.

Why it matters

This is the record you produce when a client has a reaction and their doctor asks what was used, when an inspector asks to see consent for a specific date, or when an insurer asks whether a client disclosed a condition. Being able to find it in fifteen seconds is the entire point.
