Turn off your copy of signed waivers

Stop receiving an email with every signed waiver PDF, without changing what your client receives.

Updated

Every time a waiver is completed, Wavrr emails two copies of the signed PDF: one to the client and one to you. A busy studio can get dozens of those a week, and every one of them is already stored in your dashboard. If you do not need them in your inbox, turn yours off.

Turn it off

  1. Open Settings in the web dashboard.
  2. Find the Email section.
  3. Switch off Receive a copy of signed waivers by email.
  4. Tap Save Settings.

Turn the same switch back on whenever you want the copies again. It is on for every account until you change it.

What changes and what does not

  • Your copy stops. You no longer get the "Signed Waiver" email with the PDF attached.
  • Your client's copy does not. Clients always receive their own signed waiver, whatever this switch says.
  • "Ready for signature" emails keep coming. When a client has signed remotely and the waiver is waiting for your signature, you are still told, because that one needs you to act.
  • Nothing disappears from your records. Every signed PDF stays under Waivers and on the client's record under Customers.

Where the copies go when they are on

Your copy goes to your contact email, not necessarily the address you sign in with. If you want the copies but in a different inbox — a shared studio address, say — change your contact email instead of switching them off. See Change your email or password.
