Change your email or password
Update your sign-in details, reset a forgotten password, and what to do when an artist leaves the studio.
Your email address and password are what protect a database of your clients' health disclosures and signatures. Treat them accordingly.
Change your email address
Open Profile from the menu under your name, update the Email field under Contact information, and tap Update Profile.
Change your password
Change it from Profile. You will need your current password to set a new one.
Forgotten password
- Go to dashboard.wavrr.app/login.
- Choose the forgotten password link.
- Enter your email address.
- Open the reset email and follow the link to set a new password.
If the email does not arrive, check spam, and check you are using the address you actually signed up with — not a studio address someone else set up.
If you signed in with Google or Apple
There is no Wavrr password to change. Your sign-in is managed by Google or Apple, so change it there. The forgotten-password flow will not help you, because there is nothing to reset.
When someone leaves the studio
This is the important one, and it is easy to miss.
Sensible practice
- Use a password you do not use anywhere else. A shared studio password is a password that gets shared.
- Change it when anyone with access leaves.
- If a studio device is lost or stolen, change the password immediately — that device is signed in.
