Getting started
What Wavrr is and how it works
Wavrr is digital consent form software for tattoo, piercing and PMU studios. Here is the whole workflow in one page.
Wavrr replaces the paper consent forms your clients sign before a session. You build a template once, your client fills it in and signs on their own phone, and Wavrr stores the signed record with a PDF you can find again in seconds.
It is built for consent and client documentation specifically. Wavrr is not a booking system, so it does not manage your calendar or take deposits.
The workflow in five steps
- Build a waiver template — the questions and consent text your clients agree to.
- Share it as a link, or print the QR code and put it at your front desk.
- Your client fills in their details, answers the health questions and signs on their phone.
- You add your own signature to finish the waiver.
- Wavrr generates the PDF, emails a copy to your client, and files the record under that customer.
What you get in your dashboard
| Section | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Waivers | Every consent form, with its status |
| Customers | One record per client, with their full consent history |
| Waiver Templates | The forms you build and reuse |
| QR Code | Printable codes and share links per template |
| Ink Registration | Your saved inks and pigments |
| Studio artists | Your roster, on the Studio plan |
Where you can use it
Wavrr runs in any browser at dashboard.wavrr.app, and there are native apps for iPhone, iPad and Android — see Install the iOS or Android app. Your clients never need an app or an account — they just open the link you send them.
