Getting started
Add your business logo to your PDFs
Upload your studio logo so it appears at the top of every signed waiver and aftercare record your clients receive.
Your clients keep the PDFs Wavrr sends them. Putting your logo at the top makes those documents look like they came from your studio, because they did.
Upload your logo
- Open Settings in the web dashboard.
- In the Business section at the top, find Business logo.
- Tap Upload logo and choose the file.
The logo is used from the next PDF Wavrr generates. There is nothing else to switch on, and it is available on every plan, free included.
Which file to use
- PNG, JPG or SVG, up to 2 MB, and no more than 4096 pixels wide or high.
- A logo on a transparent background looks best, since it sits on a white page.
- A wide, short logo fits better than a tall one. It is shown in a space roughly three times as wide as it is high.
Where it appears
- At the top left of every signed waiver PDF, with the waiver's reference number on the right.
- At the top of aftercare and ink passport records.
Without a logo, that space is simply left empty. The small "Created with Wavrr" line in the footer is on every PDF either way.
Replace or remove it
Once a logo is uploaded, the button changes to Replace. Use it to swap in a new file. To go back to no logo, tap the bin icon, Remove logo.
PDFs that were already generated keep the logo they were made with. A new logo applies to documents from then on.
Before your first real client
Run through Sign your first test waiver after uploading, and look at the PDF. A logo that looked fine on screen can be too faint or too small on paper, and it is better to find that out on your own test than on a client's copy.
