Fresha brings bookings, deposits, payments, client profiles, marketing and a consumer marketplace into one place. Its tattoo and piercing page also mentions storing signed waivers and ID photos on the client profile. For a studio that wants one vendor and runs its whole front desk through Fresha, that can be the simplest setup.

A focused consent tool suits studios that care most about the consent record itself: what the client was asked, what they answered, who signed, whether a guardian signed for a minor, and which inks went into which session. Wavrr only does that, so the forms, PDFs and exports are built around it.
