What the free plan includes

Every new account starts free, with no card details. The free plan is a real trial of the actual product, capped by the number of consent forms your clients can sign.

The limit

New free accounts get three signed consent forms. It is a total for the account, not a monthly allowance — it does not reset.

What counts

A waiver counts once it is Completed — both signatures in, PDF generated. That means:

• Drafts and waivers still waiting for a signature do not count yet.
• The test waiver Wavrr creates for you during setup, marked as a test, does not count.
• A waiver you send to yourself through the normal New Waiver flow is a real waiver, and counts once you complete it.

What is not limited

Everything else. On the free plan you still get:

• As many waiver templates as you like — custom questions, extra consents, studio fields
• The waiver assistant, where it is available on your account — see Build a waiver with the waiver assistant
• QR codes and share links
• Photo ID upload
• Automatic PDF generation and the client confirmation email
• Your business logo on your PDFs
• Ink registration and ink passports
• Exports
• The mobile apps

The free plan is not a crippled version. It is the whole product with a form count on it. The one thing that needs a paid plan beyond that is a multi-artist roster, which is part of the Studio plan.

When you reach the limit

Wavrr warns you as you get close, then tells you when you have hit it. Creating a new waiver is blocked until you upgrade.

Your existing records are unaffected — nothing is hidden, locked or removed. You keep full access to every waiver you have already created, their PDFs and your client history.

After you upgrade

Every paid plan has unlimited consent forms, so the counter disappears entirely. Templates are unlimited on every plan, free included. See Artist vs Studio: which plan you need.
