Add artists to your studio roster

The studio roster is the list of artist names that can appear on a waiver when you complete a signature. It is how a multi-artist studio keeps track of who did what.

Add an artist

1. 1Open Studio artists in the sidebar.
2. 2Tap New artist.
3. 3Enter their Display name — the name that should appear on waivers.
4. 4Save.

That is the whole record. A roster entry is a name, not a login.

What a roster entry is not

This is the part worth being clear about: adding someone to your roster does not give them a Wavrr account, a password, or access to your dashboard. It adds their name to a dropdown.

Everyone in your studio works from your account. If you want each artist to sign in separately with their own credentials and see only their own clients, that is not what the roster does.

Which name to use

Use the name that should appear on a legal document — the name your clients would recognise and that matches how the artist trades. If someone works under a stage name and their legal name, put the one you would want on a consent record if it were ever produced in a dispute.

Add someone mid-session

You do not have to leave the signing flow. When you reach the artist step there is an Add to roster option — enter a display name, and they are added to your roster and selected for that waiver in one go. Useful for a guest artist who has just walked in.

Once the roster has names in it, every waiver you complete asks which artist it belongs to. See Choose who signed a waiver.
